Liturgical Design Studio

                 We view liturgy as “The People of God Alive”. Liturgy, especially the celebration of the Eucharist, is the core and essence of what it means to be the People of God. The flow of liturgy must be towards the Eucharist, and the processional movement of the people through the space should be natural and easy. Visual elements should draw the people into the paschal mystery without calling attention to themselves.  What’s important is what is taking place in the space and on the furniture, not the furniture itself. 

                 In short, the people should feel at home in their worship space, without necessarily knowing why.  All elements should work together to give this feeling. The people should then be led forth from the assembly to bring their  witness of Christ to the world.
